This innovative program builds on Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST), a method already recognized for its benefits in managing mild-to-moderate dementia. The Cogs Club extends CST by integrating various activities designed to engage both the mind and body. The Cogs Club is an enhanced version of CST, which traditionally involves around an hour of cognitive activities. In contrast, the Cogs Club offers a four-hour session packed with diverse activities including occupational therapy (OT), music, and physical exercises.
